The Shire's Monthly A&S Class is scheduled for the third Thursday of each month at the Ryan's, on Brown's Bridge Rd (Hwy 369) just west of McEver Rd (Hwy 53) in Gainesville, unless otherwise noted on the schedule. We have a private dining room. Come early and have dinner, most members arrive between 6:30 and 7:00. This is a great way to meet the members and to learn about what we do. The public is always welcome to attend our meetings and classes. Meetings are usually come as you are, not in garb. Check the Shire's Calendar for other meeting times and watch the Shire's Yahoo Group for meeting changes.

Class Gingerbread
Description Everyone's favorite cookie, but is also a cake. The history of gingerbread, tasting of period gingerbread and decorating of Gingerbread People. This wonderful confection helps get you in the holiday spirit.
