Voting Members
Per our Bylaws (section III.A.1) A General member may attain Voting Member status by attending one (1) official Shirebusiness meeting, and participating in two (2) additional Shire activities within the first six months after joining the Shire. Official Shire activities are defined to be Shire business meetings, Shire A&S classes, Shire fighter practices, Shire demos or any Shire sponsored or co-sponsored event.

Youth of the Shire
Per our Bylaws (section V.c) those Youth who are under the age of sixteen are not eligible to vote. However they do attend our functions and so we recognize their attendance.

Please note, if you name does not appear upon the sign-in sheet - you did not attend that meeting. As rapidly as humanly possible this list will be updated and kept as current as possible. Officers who host meetings that count as attendance per the Bylaws should make sure that a sign-up sheet is taken and delivered to the Seneschal or Herald as soon as possible so it can be included here.

Per our Bylaws (Section III.a.1) Each Voting season starts on the 1st of May and the 1st of Nov of each year. And To maintain or achieve Voting status each member must attend one Business meeting and two additional activities of the Shire.
